I am writing to express my disappointment with the meal my party and I had at your restaurant yesterday. We had made a reservation for six people, but upon arrival, we were informed that there were no free or reserved tables available. Unfortunately, the taste and quality of the food did not meet our expectations. The fish tasted awful, the rice was sticky, and the Manchurian was too watery. We were all very disappointed with the meal. 

In addition to the poor quality of the food, we were also unhappy with the behaviour of our waiter. He was rude to us and made us feel unwelcome in your restaurant, which added to our overall negative experience. 

I hope that you take our feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of your food and the behaviour of your staff. As someone who has been a regular customer of your restaurant, I sincerely hope that you will take the necessary measures to address these issues and provide a better experience for your customers in the future.
